Kurt A. Ensell, CAM
Kurt graduated USMC Boot Camp, Parris Island, South Carolina in 1980. After successfully completing AMTRACS school at Camp Pendelton, San Diego, California, he was on to several deployments including the Multi-National Peacekeeping Force in Beirut, Lebanon, and a tour in Okinawa. Kurt completed his service in the United States Marine Corps honorably in October of 1984.
While in the Marine Corps Kurt met and married Terrie Schneider and when discharged, they made their way back to Kurt’s native Florida. After he gained invaluable experience in the employee leasing industry Kurt made the move to Community Association Management in 2002.
Terrie L. Ensell, CAM
Terrie grew up in central Illinois and attended Eastern Illinois University majoring in Speech Communications and with a Political Science minor. Having met Kurt while vacationing in Florida in 1982, they married in 1984 and moved to Florida. She accepted a position as a Buyer with a national office supply wholesaler.
Moving forward, Terrie accepted a General Manager position with OMNE Staff Leasing, Inc., an employee leasing service. In 2004 she, along with Kurt, opened Complete Association Management, Inc., where they continue to provide excellent service.
